Balanchine Hotel - Kutaisi

The staff were really helpful and fairly friendly. The rooms are nicely furnished and well-equipped. The hotel offers great value for money. The bathroom is fairly clean and the hotel has central heating, multi-channel TV, and a mini-fridge-bar.

Liked a microwave oven, a fridge, and tea/coffee making equipment in the room. It included a comfortable bed and a private bathroom. The hotel's location was nice and absolutely perfect to guarantee a space on the local transport.

This hotel in Kutaisi is a hidden gem. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay very enjoyable. They even provided complimentary amenities and bathrobes, which was a nice touch. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything you need, including a fridge and TV. Located in a convenient and quiet area, this hotel is just a few minutes walk away from the city center and the main square. the rooms are comfortable and tidy, with modern amenities and comfortable beds. In the morning, guests can enjoy a great breakfast and spend some leisure time on the beautiful garden or rooftop terrace. Guests can rest assured of the warm welcome and helpful service provided by the friendly staff.

One minor downside is that some rooms may have noise issues, especially if other guests use the AC during the night.

Great Service and value for the money. the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the location was conveniently close to the center of town, making it easy to explore the area. We especially enjoyed the complementary glass of wine and fresh fruit that were offered to us. Another advantage was the easy to find public parking, which was a relief since we had a rental car.

During my Easter stay, I appreciated the friendly staff who greeted us warmly. The garden and balcony were lovely, adding a nice touch to the stay, and the location was convenient as it was only a short walk away from the bustling city center. There were some negative points to note during my stay. The noise from the surrounding area made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, and the rooms could have been cleaner.
